(1) What’s your sample policy?

Your sample evaluation is welcome, based on stock situation. For small amount of value, sample is free, and the freight cost is on your courier account or prepaid. And Sample cost refund after first bulk order.

(2) Can I have my customized logo on the product or packing?

Yes, check the logo under our own brand “SCH”,  just send your drawing of logo, we can customize it for you at favorable cost.  

(3) Do you customized products based on my drawing?

Yes, every year we have newly-developed products customized for customers, and if it’s your payment of the mould cost, the mould would be always yours; Your customized products  will not be sold to other customers unless it’s approved. 

(4)What is the normal lead-time for sample and mass production?

Based on stock situation, the normal lead-time for sample is 2-5 days.

The bulk order can be finished with 2-5 weeks after receive a deposit.

(5) What payment method do you accept?

For small amount sample order, Paypal payment would be acceptable; and for batch order, T/T payment is fine, and we also accept west union and Letter of credit payment as options.
