Q3: What is the guarantee of your products?
Our products are guaranteed for ten years under non-human circumstances.
Q4: How long is the production lead time?
Usually T/T 30%-50% deposit to start production, the balance paid before shipping.Lead time about 25-30 days
Q5: What if you send me the wrong doors/ windows?
Shop drawings should be sent to you for final conformation before production.But if we send you the wrong products, we will replace you with new one freely.
