Construction:                                 Door leaf manufactured from heavily welded mild steel and constructed with                                                                     5.0mm steel sheets  and 50mm*50mm*5.0mm skeleton (filled with rock                                                                            wool)  and 5.0mm steel sheets.Skeleton small grid area is not more than                                                                           0.3 square meters.

Construction:           

     The door frame is welded with 5mm*100mm*3.0mm skeleton. Special high-strength hinge containing ball and ball bearings, reducing rub. Large diameter dog bolts are fitted to the frame to prevent the door from being removed if the hinges are attacked.

FINISHES

Standard:             

      Surface blasting rust and then the outdoor plastic powder spray. The doors can be completed with a powder-coat finish to any standard RAL finish. Because, for strength and attack resistance, the door construction is heavily welded, it is not possible to achieve our normal asthetic finish.

APPLICATIONS

Duty:

       Heavy duty applications such as strong-rooms, cash offices and drug stores, power station and nuclear power station.

      Protection from professional means of attempting forced entry into high value storage areas after penetrating the building façade.

      Further the door is suitable for protection against attempted entry by explosives.

      Note: All duty recommendations assume the doors are used in conjunction with other comparable levels of security at windows, etc.
