Hot dip galvanizing (HDG) is one of the common galvanizing methods. The process is to completely immerse iron or steel in molten zinc; compared with electro galvanizing, the benefit of hot dip galvanizing is relatively low cost.
Galvanized coils have two major advantages, one is adhesion and the other is weld ability. It is precisely because of these two advantages that it has been widely used in the fields of construction, industry, automobile industry and commerce. Another important feature is corrosion resistance, which can produce good effects on the manufacture of housings for home appliances.
