Inspired by dreams and challenging creative imagination, the design is inspired by the endlessly changing natural forms of marine animals, octopus. The site is dominated by eight waterways connecting all the resort functions in the site, running from north to south. The streamlined landscape planning guides each waterway to be distributed throughout the site, connecting courtyards, hotels, businesses, characteristic spaces and recreational spaces.

The center of the site is the characteristic central garden of the entire resort. As the core of the entire plan, it connects the eight waterways to create a unique island, forming a pearl to illuminate the entire resort at night.
